The College of Letters and Science Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) is committed to supporting your student’s college transition, engagement, and success at UW-Madison. CAE is a one stop academic support unit comprised of knowledgeable staff who are dedicated to our students’ success through a range of services including: high-touch advising, dean services , internships and career services, peer mentoring and tutoring services just to name a few. While the student experience may begin with the Summer Collegiate Experience, CAE offers many different ways for your student to be part of a campus community and have an outstanding Wisconsin Experience.
As a parent of a CAE scholar, you can support your student by encouraging them to be an active participant and to take advantage of the many benefits and resources in CAE. To learn more about connecting to the greater UW-Madison community as a parent, please visit the Parent Program website.
