Please see the student-academic mentor contract for student and academic mentor responsibilities.
Requesting an academic mentor requires that you have time on your schedule to meet with your mentor on a weekly basis for a minimum of one hour. If you are willing to make this commitment and agree to other student responsibilities, please download the staff instructional support referral form and bring it to your appointment with a CAE advisor. Students who are not members of CAE must complete an intake form prior to the appointment with the CAE Academic Mentoring Staff.
The last day to apply for CAE one-on-one academic mentoring is Monday, March 11. Please make sure you meet with your assigned CAE Dean or Advisor and the Academic Mentoring Coordinator/Instructional Support Specialist. Office hours are available on Aygul Hoffman’s and Bob Wiedenhoeft’s pages.
If you are unable to visit during these times, you may email the CAE tutoring account at email@example.com or call the CAE front desk at 608-263-5068 to make a 30-minute appointment with Aygul or Bob.
If you need an accommodation to utilize CAE Academic Mentoring, please contact Aygul Hoffman or Bob Wiedenhoeft at firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure timely accommodations, all requests should be made no less than two weeks before the service.
