Nick Ewoldt

Nick is a first-generation college student and proud McNair alumnus. He directed the McNair Scholars Program and the Student Support Services Program at Beloit College and authored a successful U.S. Department of Education McNair Grant.

Nick served as the Director of the Graduate Opportunity Programs (McNair, CIC/SROP, and the AOP Fellowship Program) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Nick has been the Director of the UW SCE Program since 2011. Despite his ever-escalating age, Nick still manages to play basketball, softball, and pickleball. About his role in CAE, he says, “I have the unique opportunity to watch students from day one through graduation and I find our work to be rewarding and truly fulfilling. Education has the power to change a person’s entire family and greater community.”
